The following proposed bylaw amendments are being published on May 22, 2026 for public comment to provide interested parties with an opportunity to review and offer input before they are finalized.  Stakeholders, including regulated entities and members of the public, are encouraged to submit written comments by 5 p.m. EDT on June 22, 2026. Comments should be emailed to info@aslpcompact.com and must be received within the comment period to be considered by the commission prior to adoption of the final bylaw amendment.
