ASLP-IC Commission Rulemaking - Public Comments
The following proposed compact rules are being published on April 28, 2026 for public comment to provide interested parties with an opportunity to review and offer input before they are finalized. These proposed rules are intended to clarify and implement the provisions of the compact and to promote consistent administration across member jurisdictions. Stakeholders, including regulated entities and members of the public, are encouraged to submit written comments by 5 p.m. EDT on May 28, 2026. Comments should be emailed to info@aslpcompact.com and must be received within the comment period to be considered by the commission prior to adoption of the final rules.
Public Comment: Interested persons may electronically submit written comments on the proposed rule to info@aslpcompact.com with the appropriate subject line or by attending the meeting at which the rule will be discussed and voted on by the date indicated.
All proposed rules will be publicly posted on the Commission Meetings page 30 days before a Commission Meeting.
